ABOUT WAREHOUSE

WHAT SERVICES DOES MH WAREHOUSE PROVIDE?

We provide Korea warehouse service and online check out service.

HOW CAN I JOIN MH WAREHOUSE?

HOW CAN I GET WAREHOUSE ADDRESS?

After payment is confirmed, our Customer Service will give you our warehouse address.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO MH WAREHOUSE ACCEPT?

We accept payment by Paypal, Wise,Sentbe and Korean Bank only. 

WHERE I CAN ACCESS ALL INFORMATIONS OF PAYMENTS?

Customer Service will give you Gsheet links to access all information about payments.

HOW CAN I SEE MY ARRIVED PACKAGES?

We update all your packages based on the arrive date by announcement in Kakaotalk. So please always check the announcement everyday. If your packages arrive on 12th December, then we open and give photos on the same day. If you can’t find any updates when the packages have already arrived, kindly ask Customer Service.

The couriers usually arrived in our warehouse between 16:00-17:00 KST. So it is better to check arrival packages after 18:00-19:00 KST.

DO MH WAREHOUSE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE?

Yes we are. Currently we send packages using EMS air and EMS Premium (UPS) only. We don’t ship by Sea Cargo. Other than EMS air and EMS Premium, you will charge an additional fee KRW 20.000/box (example: DHL/FEDEX/QExpress/EMS ship/AIR CARGO to your country and others including domestic shipping).

Monday to Saturday : 09:00 - 18:00

 

REPACKING AND REQUEST

HOW CAN I CONTACT WAREHOUSE IF I HAVE ANY REQUEST?

Contact Customer Service in Kakaotalk. 

CAN I SEND CASH ON DELIVERY PACKAGES TO WAREHOUSE

No. Our warehouse doesn't accept any cash on delivery packages.

HOW DO I REQUEST FOR REPACKING MY PACKAGES?

Drop your list of packages that you want to repack (by sending us photo grids). If you do not drop any list of packages, we will repack all your packages based on the arrival date. You can drop your list everyday, and the repacking process is based on a first serve basis.

HOW DO YOU REPACK MY PACKAGES?

We give you proof photos of all packages that go in the box. We bubbling all of them and protecting them using air pouch. Fragile things (including photocards in many amounts)  will be repackaged inside the small box. We also give you proof photos before we close the box, and the weight also.

CAN I REPACK MY PACKAGES AFTER 30 DAYS STORING?

We recommend you to repack as soon as your packages are enough in one box. This will help you to prevent your package from any damage. It also helps us easily find your packages when repacking.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY PACKAGES IF IT’S STORING MORE THAN 30 DAYS?

We will keep 30 days more with an extra fee of 1000 Won/day/tracking. Total you can store 60 days. MH Warehouse have rights to dispose of any packages that are stored for more than 60 days. So please be aware of your belongings.

WHEN ARE THE SHIPPING SCHEDULES?

We ship every Monday-Friday. Shipping payments must be made before 18:00 KST. Pay before 18:00 KST, and we can send your box the next day. Korea Post pick up our boxes everyday at 10:00 KST, and you can start tracking it after 18:00 KST

WHEN I PAY MY SHIPPING FEE?

After repacking your box, our Customer Service will contact you about the address and invoice. We send you the EMS/UPS tracking number and update your Gsheet. You can take a look at your Gsheet to see the bill there.

CAN I STORE MY BOX AFTER GETTING TRACKING NUMBER?

We allowed you to store your “ready to ship box” for a maximum 4 days after we finished packingMore than that, we will fine you 1000 Won/day/box until day 10. After that we will fine you 3000 Won/day/box. 

Reason:

  1. Bubble wrap will lose its strength and your package’s damage potential will be bigger.
  2. MH Warehouse needs to keep spaces since we are storing a lot of boxes.

DO YOU ACCEPT UNBOXING ALBUM SERVICE?

Yes we are. Service fee will be 1000 Won/album + repacking fee. This service is free of monthly fee, however your package must be sent out from the warehouse within 14 days.

CAN I ASK UNSEALING ALBUM AND SHIP ONLY THE INCLUSION?

Yes you can. Pay KRW 1.000/album that must be unseal + handling fee and shipping fee to your country (or local). 

CAN I USE WAREHOUSE WITHOUT BEING MEMBER?

Yes, however you can store your package maximum for 3 days starting from arrival date only. More than that, you have to be a member.

WHAT I HAVE TO WRITE IN RECIPIENT?

If you are a member simply write your name and let us know. Please write your name in address line 2 also. If you use our special package, please write code MH0358 after your name. And if you use our unboxing request, please write code UB0358 after your name.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WROTE MY NAME WRONG IN MY PACKAGE?

Please tell Customer Service tracking number. Otherwise any packages that comes to our warehouse with unknown name will be updated in twitter:

WHAT IF MY ARRIVED PACKAGES DAMAGED?

We always try our best to let you know when your arrived packages are damaged in our warehouse. However, we are not reliable if the packages are damaged/lost during shipping to your country because of the courier.

WHAT ABOUT THE CUSTOMS DECLARATION
We are not responsible for any custom declarations and we don’t know how custom declaration works in each country. Before shipment, we will ask you to fill out item needs to declare in the box such as the item and declared values.

DO YOU ACCEPT ANY CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS?

No. We do not accept any cancellations/refunds from any transaction. Except if you use our web check out service.

IS THERE GROUP CHATTING FOR MH WAREHOUSE’S USER?

No. We don’t have group chatting for warehouse users. We chat with every member personally. All information about and from you will be protected by us. This is to ensure that your personal information will be handled in a safe and responsible manner, unless a term is violated.

HOW TO COUNT MY DATES OF CONTRACT?

Your contract dates count as your first package arrives. If the contract ends and you want to keep using our warehouse please contact Customer Service and confirm the payment that you made for the next month.

CAN I USE SPECIAL PACKAGE IF I PURCHASING OTHER THAN  FROM WEB?

No. Special package just for web purchasing package only. If you want to buy from a seller, there is no way to use special package. 

WHAT IS CONVERSION RATE IF I PAY FROM PAYPAL?

USD 1  = KRW 1.010. Please note that there will be a Paypal fee applied when you send payment to us.

CAN I SEND PARCEL FROM OTHER COUNTRIES TO WAREHOUSE?

Yes you can. Don’t forget to fill our tax number and use our name as recipient while purchasing, especially more than USD 150. After purchasing please let us know so we can help you to get your parcel from the Tax Office. If you are not telling us, we can’t help you to get your parcel.
